C-Risk, Inc. Announces Organizational and Geographical Changes.....
Denver, CO, September 10, 2001 – C-Risk, Inc. has announced the appointment of David L. Grenier as Chairman & CEO.
In this capacity, Mr. Grenier will be responsible for corporate strategy development, relationship management, and chair the C-Risk Advisory
Council. He will be transitioning from his operational role as C-Risk's President and day-to-day consulting responsibilities, which will be
assumed by several consultants in the C-Risk collaborative network of construction, insurance and risk management professionals.
"Mr. Grenier, as C-Risk's Founder and CEO, will assume a primary role of advisor. He will concentrate on providing the entrepreneurial vision
and strategic focus for the firm's continued development and future growth", according to a C-Risk spokesperson.
The C-Risk business model is based on a consultancy comprised of a network of independent construction, insurance and risk management professionals
located throughout the United States. C-Risk collaborates on projects and initiatives based on a client's specific risk management program requirements.
The main benefit of this type of organizational structure is that it provides each client with the breadth and diversity of senior level consultants
who are capable of formulating risk management strategies and solutions by utilizing the best resources available for optimal results.
In addition to these organizational changes, C-Risk will be relocating from Denver, Colorado, to Portland, Oregon. The new mailing address for C-Risk
will be 910 NW Naito Parkway, Suite I-12, Portland, OR 97209. This address will be an interim address for all mail deliveries and submittals.
Once a new President has been named, C-Risk will determine the most appropriate location for leasing additional office space for the corporation's
business operations.
C-Risk is an independent risk management consulting firm that provides services exclusively to the construction industry. The C-Risk target market is
the AEC community, primarily medium to large contractors, owners and developers, and design-build firms. C-Risk also works with insurance brokers
that concentrate on construction classes of business and want to improve their proficiency in construction risk management practices.
