C-Risk provides services exclusively to construction industry clients. We concentrate in
construction risk management and offer consulting, seminars and workshops. More importantly, we offer practical advice, educational resources,
and proven methods on how to mitigate the inherent risks and exposures associated with construction operations.
C-Risk client services include; risk management, contract reviews, insurance reviews, and wrap-up insurance program design and implementation.
We also provide construction defect mitigation services, alternative risk transfer and risk financing strategies, and risk management seminars and workshops.
C-Risk views risk management as a process that follows a systematic methodology. We recommend using an integrated, or
"holistic" risk management approach, and our services focus on three objectives:
-
Identify and quantify risks, develop a risk profile,
and formulate a risk management strategy that is in alignment with the client's business practices and risk tolerance.
-
Protect the client's assets by ensuring that the most appropriate contract
terms and conditions, insurance policies and endorsements, and risk financing methods are in place, and that coverage and limits are
adequate for the client's contractual, operational and organizational exposures, and
-
Mitigate the client's loss exposure and minimize the total cost of risk,
providing the client with a comprehensive risk management solution.
C-Risk provides consulting services on a bundled or unbundled basis. Since our services are tailored to the
specific risk management requirements of each client, there is no standard formula. We work with each client to develop and
implement a cost-effective risk management program that is in alignment with the client's risk profile. C-Risk client services can be

This arrangement assures clients of quality in the rendering of services, with only one point of contact for project administration
and client relationship management. Fees are based on scope of services provided and billing options are negotiable.
Fees are normally billed on a hourly rate, but can be billed as a fixed fee, monthly or annual retainer, negotiated percentage
of a measurable result, or any combination of these options.
