C-Risk is devoted to providing seminars that bring construction industry professionals innovative risk management strategies. We address current trends & issues affecting the construction industry. C-Risk offers scheduled seminars throughout the country, and on-site company-specific seminars and workshops. The goal of all C-Risk seminars and workshops is two-fold; to educate each participant and build strong relationships that will provide future construction risk management information and resources.

Our seminars are structured as interactive, results-oriented, sessions to promote and facilitate an open forum. Participants are encouraged to bring current issues and practical real-life examples to these workshops. This will greatly enhance the knowledge-transfer process and foster a more collegial level of interaction.

C-Risk can also provide customized company-specific seminars. We will work closely with the company to develop an on-site seminar that meets the company's specific needs and risk management objectives, based on their construction focus and/or market segmentation. C-Risk is committed to educating clients on current trends in the construction and insurance industry, and provides sound advice on construction risk management strategies.

We also provide seminars to insurance agent and brokers. However, our seminars are not designed to provide CE credits. We provide seminars to insurance agencies and brokerage firms that want to increase their knowledge and understanding of construction risk, with featured topics such as design-build & design liability, wrap-up insurance program design & implementation, construction contract management, and construction defect mitigation. Our goal is to help insurance agents and brokers develop additional competencies in order for them to build, manage and maintain their construction book of business.

C-Risk will facilitate partnering relationships between construction companies, insurance agents, brokers, and carriers to develop specific areas of expertise, such as design-build capabilities or wrap-up insurance programs (OCIPs and CCIPs). We provide seminars and workshops to assist companies develop strategies and frameworks that can be applied to their own businesses in order to differentiate themselves in the market and increase their competitive advantage.
