C-Risk is a privacy conscious consulting organization and is strongly committed to your right to privacy.
Any information provided by you to C-Risk, Inc. through the C-Risk.com website, including but not limited to
feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, as delineated in this privacy statement, shall be
deemed to be non-confidential. C-Risk shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and
shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose and distribute the information without limitation or liability.
C-Risk shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any
purpose whatsoever. C-Risk agrees not to use your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted
materials or other information to C-Risk unless: (a) we ask your permission to use your name; or (b) we first
notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of this site will be published or
otherwise used with your name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law.
C-Risk is a professional services firm and realizes that this policy may not be required, considering the professional
nature of our consulting business and the services we provide. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and provide
clients with the assurance of confidentiality.
The mission of C-Risk.com is to help construction industry professionals understand construction risk, and educate,
inform and advise clients on ways to mitigate their risks and loss exposures through effective risk management practices.
However, we're not just committed to providing independent, insightful construction risk management strategies and
information, we're also committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we gather
about you, how we use it, with whom we might share it, the means by which we keep it secure and the choices you have
about the information you choose to share with us.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
When you send C-Risk.com an e-mail, participate in forums, or submit postings to the C-Risk Network Bulletin Board,
you will be asked to complete information that usually includes certain personal information, such as your name,
business address, e-mail address, etc. The information you provide in your e-mail, forum or bulletin board submissions,
is used specifically to contact you about C-Risk, Inc. or C-Risk.com.
C-Risk.com does not share your e-mail address with its unaffiliated partners. However, we may periodically offer certain
well-screened partners the opportunity to send you through e-mail or regular postal mail information about opportunities
that we think might interest you.
C-Risk.com does not currently collect any demographic or personal information during the correspondence exchange process,
and does not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. Instead, we use this information to create content
and functionality that best serves the needs and interests of our users and to improve the quality of the service we provide you.
C-Risk.com does not currently use cookies to send or track your e-mail address. Cookies are small pieces of information
stored on a computer's hard drive that allow monitoring of certain information, such as remembering passwords for you
so that you don't have to keep re-entering passwords each time you come back to a specific site. Since C-Risk.com does not
generate cookies, your privacy and security are not compromised by the use of cookies to collect personal information.
Please note, however, that advertisers on the C-Risk.com site may also serve you their own cookies when you click through
to their sites. We do not control, nor do we have access to, any of the information that they may collect.

In our continued efforts to provide you with comprehensive resources on construction insurance and risk management
information, C-Risk.com contains links to certain other sites, such as Amazon.com and Fortune. In some instances,
we may share demographic information on our viewers with sites that link to C-Risk.com, but this information is normally
shared on an aggregate basis only. Please note that you may be required to register with a site that links to C-Risk.com
in order to take advantage of that site's services (for example, ordering a book through Amazon.com that may have been
recommended on C-Risk.com). However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites and you should
refer to these sites' privacy policies for details.
The Forums and Bulletin Board Areas
The Forums and Bulletin Board areas allow users to engage in discussions with a community of construction industry
professionals. Please remember that any information you disclose in the Forums and Bulletin Board areas,
including your name, address, e-mail address, etc., will become public information. The C-Risk.com Forums and
Bulletin Board are external services and provided by CoolBoard.com, over which we have no direct control. For a copy

We post user names and e-mail addresses to encourage responsible, productive discussions, but we cannot prevent
parties unrelated to C-Risk from accessing this public information. Please remember that, by disclosing your name
and e-mail address in the C-Risk.com Forums and Bulletin Board areas, you open yourself up to the possibility that you
may receive unsolicited e-mail from parties outside of C-Risk.
We encourage you to maintain a certain amount of conservatism about any information posted to the Forum and
Bulletin Board area because some people that may be contributing to these areas may not be who they say they are,
may not know what they say they know or may not be affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated. The Forum and
Bulletin Board areas of C-Risk.com are offered for the use of construction industry professionals to exchange information,
viewpoints and strategies on construction risk management issues, and to facilitate partnering and collaboration only.
