The global FAIR community came together once again for the annual FAIR Conference, a cornerstone event for professionals advancing quantitative cyber risk management and building stronger, more informed decision-making practices.

Over two days, industry leaders, CISOs, and risk experts shared insights, case studies, and practical approaches to help organizations mature their FAIR programs and strengthen governance. The conference fostered collaboration and exchange, highlighting how the FAIR model continues to evolve and empower objective, data-driven risk decisions across industries.

Day 1 – Innovation and Insight

The opening day, introduced by Nicola (Nick) Sanna and Todd Tucker, celebrated the growth and momentum of the FAIR movement.
Saket Modi (Safe Security) opened with a keynote exploring the new realities of digital risk and resilience, setting the tone for a day rich in discussion.

Highlights included Jack Jones unveiling GPT for FAIR-CAM, a CISO panel on AI and Third-Party Risk, and engaging talks on data-informed decision-making, long-tail risk, and practical governance models.
Networking sessions sparked valuable exchanges among practitioners on advancing objective risk practices.

Celebrating the FAIR Community

The week also featured the FAIRCON25 Awards Gala, an inspiring evening recognizing individuals and organizations shaping the future of the FAIR movement.

C-Risk was proud to see several partners and community members honored for their contributions.
Laura Cristiana Voicu and Prometheus Yang received the Denny Wan FAIR Ambassador Award, celebrating their leadership and commitment to growing the FAIR community. Deepak Talwar and Pierre Olodo were also nominated for their outstanding work in advancing FAIR practices.

A special highlight came as Richemont, represented by Pierre Olodo, received the Cyber Risk Management Program of the Year award. During his acceptance speech, Pierre warmly acknowledged Sarah Atiah and the C-Risk team for their collaboration and shared success.

The evening, hosted by Luke Bader and the FAIR Institute, was a celebration of excellence, collaboration, and the continued growth of the FAIR community across Europe and APAC.

Day 2 – From Insight to Implementation

The second day emphasized applying FAIR principles to governance and collaboration.
Shelley Leibowitz delivered a compelling board-level perspective on governing technology risk responsibly, while C-Risk’s Cary Wise moderated sessions on embedding quantitative risk methods into strategic decision-making.

A highlight came from Pierre Olodo (Richemont) and Sarah Atiah (C-Risk) with Cyber Threat Intelligence: The Missing Link, demonstrating how CTI connects security insights to business priorities.
